Joint Commission Surveyor Praises Cleanliness of Park Plaza Hospital NICU

Park Plaza Hospital in Houston, Texas, recently completed a very successful, three-day survey by The Joint Commission. During the visit, the NICU surveyor advised the PPH Administrative team that the NICU was one of the cleanest she had seen and wanted to meet the housekeeper.
EVS Team Member Brenda Thomas was introduced to the surveyor, who expressed to her that she was doing a wonderful job. Upon request, Brenda demonstrated how to break the bed and room down, again impressing them all. The surveyor and the Administrative team were very complementary to Brenda for doing a great job.
"I want to say thank you to Brenda and to the entire housekeeping team for ensuring, everyday, that the hospital is ready for any inspection, at any time," says PPH EVS Director Chance McDonald. "I am very happy to be able to work with a great bunch of employees."
