Thanks, in part, to a great start at their sister facility Navarro Regional Hospital, Woodland Heights Medical Center has also asked HHS to provide Housekeeping systems and management to their 149 facility. Located in Lufkin TX, this CHS facility has been providing outstanding care to residents of Angelina County since it first opened its doors in 1918.
Woodland Heights is known for its renowned Cardiac and Orthopedic programs but also offers a wide range of clinical services ranging from Neurology to Vascular surgery. Woodland Heights also offers a wide range of outpatient services including emergency services, outpatient surgery, and imaging services. WHMC has also won numerous awards and accreditations including the “2008 Pathway to Excellence” designation from the American Nurses Credentialing Center as well as the American Hearth Association Bronze Award for Get with the Guidelines for Pneumonia.
HHS is very excited about partnering with such a prestigious facility as Woodland Heights Medical Center. We believe that this partnership will be beneficial for both parties for years to come.
