Aside from nurses, your housekeeping staff has more interaction with
patients than any other hospital employee. That is why we install a comprehensive patient
satisfaction program.
The onsite management team is responsible for regular patient satisfaction
rounds. We may utilize a dedicated Patient Advocate in order to ensure that every patient receives the
attention necessary to help make their stay as pleasant as possible.
In addition, we develop scripting for the EVS staff to use when working in a
patient’s room. A simple phrase such as, “Is there anything else I can do for you? I have
the time.”, can greatly impact a patient’s perception of their hospital stay. Use of
tent cards and area cleaner business cards can also elevate the patient's perception of housekeeping services provided.
