Quality Assurance
Our IQ System utilizes cloud-based technology to fully automate quality assurance reporting. Each manager is armed with a hand-held device (iPod Touch, Blackberry, Android, iPad, etc.), that automatically transmits reporting data in real-time which is accessible by local, regional, & corporate HHS management. The immediate access to this data provides an additional level of operational visibility and accountability.
The HHS Integrated Quality (IQ) System automates the tracking of four main types of data:
Performance Improvement
While walking around, all HHS mangers document cleaning results on a daily basis. Positive and negative indicators are documented and tracked to show trends and opportunities for continued improvement.
Patient Satisfaction
Patient Satisfaction is a key area of focus for HHS and one that requires continual attention to ensure positive results. We use our IQ system to document patient interactions as part of our HHS AWARE program. Because of our instant reporting capabilities our management teams are able to ensure that we are making constant focused efforts toward improvement.
Public Relations
We record and document the feedback and issues from all departments on a regular basis. This allows us to ensure that we are meeting their needs and providing excellent service.
Maintenance Requests
Because we see nearly every area of the hospital on a daily basis, we are often the first to notice maintenance issues. We document and promptly report these issues to the maintenance department. We know that the appearance of the hospitals that we service is not only the result of cleaning outcomes, but of the physical condition of the facility.
All of the data that we collect is translated instantly into Analytics Dashboards. These Dashboards are designed to maximize usability, by tracking trends and displaying information in easy-to-understand graphs and charts. By taking a data centric approach to process improvement, we are able to make truly objective evaluations of our performance.
