Joe Terry

HHS Chief Executive Officer, Chairman

Joe Terry, HHS CEO, leads the strategic direction of HHS, focusing on integrating service line offerings and laying the foundation for its expansion efforts into new service offerings, industries and markets. Terry graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.

Bobby Floyd

Chief Executive Officer, Healthcare Division

Bobby Floyd joined HHS in an operational capacity, eventually shifting into a business development role with a focus on expanding service lines. He crafted and led a company-wide customer satisfaction initiative, which helped HHS reach the best satisfaction results in the organization’s history. Currently, Floyd serves as Chief Executive Officer for the Healthcare Division, providing leadership and helping to ensure operational consistency and integrity for each service line. In addition, he oversees the HHSU management development and training programs. He also works directly with job site managers to implement and improve processes and systems and to help increase customer satisfaction at HHS’ partner facilities. Floyd has been recognized as a top leader in healthcare by Becker’s Hospital Review on the Rising Stars: 90 Healthcare Leaders Under 40 list. He graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Thomas Spry

Director, Management Resources

Thomas Spry began his career with HHS in 2005 as a trash tech. Throughout his tenure with the company he has been promoted multiple times, serving as a project tech, supervisor, assistant director, and director. Currently, Spry is the Director of Management Resources, where he oversees the coordination of training development, reviews operational policies to ensure the newest versions are available to those in the field, serves as the facilitator on all HHS faculty teams, and contributes to new product evaluation and testing processes. He developed HHS’ FitFam program, an internal company initiative to create a healthier workplace. Spry is currently enrolled in the Bill Munday School of Business at St. Edward’s University where he is double majoring in international business and accounting.

 

Scott Alexander

Scott Alexander

Executive Vice President, Healthcare Division

Scott Alexander began his career with HHS as a floor cleaning technician at one of our partner hospitals. More than 20 years later, he oversees operations throughout southern Texas as a Executive Vice President of the Healthcare Division. Alexander has proven his operational knowledge by providing superior outcomes and demonstrating his depth of knowledge about our systems and our business. Alexander earned a degree in Political Science from Texas A&M University.

Craig Holmes

Craig Holmes

Craig Holmes joined HHS in 1988 as Chief Financial Officer after serving in a similar capacity for a multi-faceted service company. In addition to organizing and managing the company’s financial and administrative affairs, Holmes assumed responsibility for the Eastern Division operations from 1991 to 1995, when he was appointed to Chief Executive Officer. During his tenure, the company grew 150% and added 2,000 employees. Holmes served as Chairman of the HHS Board of Directors from 2002 to 2012. He is an owner and continues to serve on the Board of Directors. Holmes received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Tech University in 1976.

Steve Jourdan

Founder & CEO, Bedwatch

Steve Jourdan is a recognized leader and entrepreneur with a passion for developing technology solutions that empower people. As an IT leader for a national contract service company, Steve drove innovation across all areas of the company and managed the implementation of a cultural shift in the way the organization utilized technology, with a company-wide move to cloud computing.

Jourdan’s ability to identify cultural and technological shifts in the industry and determining how these new innovations can be applied directly to real-world business problems has lead to the evolution of the core business, as well as the creation of healthcare technology start-up, BedWatch®. Jourdan is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), and has several patents pending for innovative technology inventions around patient flow technology designed and developed for BedWatch. He excels at developing and empowering teams to achieve high levels of success, and is adept at building business strategies designed to realize a specific vision.

BedWatch was recognized as the most innovative technology product in Austin, Texas, by the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce in 2011, beating competitors like Dell and National Instruments. Prior to founding BedWatch in 2010, Jourdan had started and operated several businesses in the areas of consulting, retail, and landscaping. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science in Communications.

Bruce Moore

Bruce Moore

President, Information Systems

After attending the University of Texas, Bruce Moore embarked upon a successful career in the entertainment industry until retiring in 2000 to pursue a career in information systems. During his tenure as President of Information Systems, he has worked with dozens of healthcare facility IT departments in developing secure and efficient installation and support procedures for a variety of automated systems. In addition to overseeing the day-to-day IT operations for HHS, Moore leads a team of mobile, web, and Salesforce developers in creating cutting-edge solutions designed to reduce the administrative load on HHS managers, giving them more time to focus on their role and keep their customers happy.

Nick Moore

Nick Moore

Nick Moore brings 36 years of management experience to HHS, with more than 33 years within the Xerox North American Customer Service Organization where he was responsible for District Operations, as well as Product and Program Development / Implementation, Second Level Technical Call Center Operations, and Financial Planning for North America. He earned his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Engineering from Texas Tech University and a Master of Science in Engineering Administration from Southern Methodist University.

Kristen Terry

Kristen Terry

Kristen Terry earned her Doctorate of Jurisprudence and Master of Business Administration from Stetson University College of Law in 2007. She was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2007. As an active board member, Terry is closely involved in steering company operations and growth initiatives.

Roy Thornton

Roy Thornton

Roy Thornton has more than 35 years of experience in providing housekeeping service programs for the health care facilities nationwide. Thornton joined HHS in 1982 as an Area Manager responsible for providing support and direction for HHS accounts located in Houston, Texas. He was promoted to an Operations Regional Vice President position in 1984, then to a Regional President in 1990. Thornton’s extensive operational experience was pivotal in delivering company results from 1994 to 1999. He most recently served as our CEO at HHS from 2003 through 2008 and then served as an executive for our business development team until he retired in 2012. He is an active board member and owner of the company.
