HHS EVS teams are receiving recognition across the country for the work they are doing in limiting the spread of the coronavirus. In Winchester, Kentucky, the hospital gave the EVS team a shout out on their Facebook page:
“We couldn’t be more proud of our environmental services crew (EVS) making sure every surface is cleaned and sanitized, ensuring the health and safety of our patients and our community.”
At a facility in Englewood, Colorado, the vice president of emergency services led her team in a standing ovation to recognize HHS’ EVS team members serving in the emergency department. The celebration was held at all shifts so that every team member received the recognition and gratitude they deserve.
