We strive to always use local resources so that our menus are comprised of the freshest ingredients that not only appeal to patients, staff, and visitors, but that also promote healing.

Patient Ambassador Program

We designate individual Patient Ambassadors for each patient so that a direct link exists between the kitchen, the nursing staff, and the patient. Our ambassadors provide friendly personalized service and in-room restaurant-style ordering to ensure that each patient’s meal service is worry-free—this alone has a significant impact on reducing your amount of daily food waste. To spice up our meal offerings, we bring celebrity chefs from local well-known restaurants to the hospitals we serve. These special “Chef’s Table” events highlight our commitment to great cooking and generate excitement about our menu.

Culinary-trained Leadership

Our chefs all have experience in the restaurant industry, which serves as an effective cross-over skill in our patient-centered food program. We always show our margin to our customers up front and pass along all food rebates to our hospital partners.

Chef’s Table

Here is where our chefs demonstrate their culinary talents in an action station that creates a fun, interactive dining experience for both chef and guests alike. Each day, we provide a different Chef Choice from a special menu that features fresh, high quality, made-to-order meals. At all of our partner facilities, this program is a favorite feature for staff and guests alike, yielding many appealing benefits.
