
Before joining HHS as the Director of Food and Nutrition of Longview Regional Medical Center, Ted Peters worked in restaurant and healthcare foodservice for 20 years. In 2011, Peters landed at HHS and has been instrumental in the culinary division’s growth. He now serves as Vice President of Learning & Development, overseeing the training of HHS culinary managers and directors. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Restaurant & Hotel Institutional Management from Texas Tech University.
