HHS Introduces New Culinary Subsidiary to the Texas Hill Country

HHS is proud to introduce our new culinary subsidiary, Foundation Foods. With HHS’ new corporate headquarters being built in Dripping Springs, Texas, it was important to us that we connect with and support the local community. That is why we created our catering company Foundation Foods to bring our industry-leading, culinary expertise to our neighbors in the Texas Hill Country and greater Austin area.

Foundation Foods’ mission is to create memorable dining experiences for the Texas Hill Country through the pairing of unforgettable flavors and fresh ingredients. The company will be housed out of HHS’ corporate location in Dripping Springs and is available for drop-off and full-service catering, and will also be providing delicious comfort food at local community events and area farmers’ markets. Foundation Foods’ Executive Chef Greg Thornton, who is native to the area, brings with him a wealth of experience in the culinary industry and is passionate about providing wholesome cuisine with a hospitality-driven approach.

“From the time I could hold a spoon, I knew that my career path would always involve cooking. I am so proud to have built my culinary experience in the greater Austin area by working as a chef at local dining establishments and serving as an event chef for a well-known catering company. I’m now honored to share my love of food and passion for cooking with the Texas Hill Country, as it is close to my heart,” shares Thornton.
