HHS Culinary Earns a Seat on the Top 50 Contract Management Companies for the Sixth Year

For the sixth year in a row, HHS Culinary was named as one of the Top 50 Contract Management Companies by Food-Management.com, climbing three spots in 2018 to number 26. HHS continues to steadily increase its ranking on the list from 49 in 2013 and 2014, 40 in 2015, 31 in 2016, and 29 in 2017. HHS is proud to be ranked among the nation’s top culinary providers.

From the article, FM 2018 Top 50:

In 2017, HHS Culinary’s proprietary food management system, Breadbox, officially entered into the beta testing phase and is expected to roll out across all accounts in the first quarter of 2018. The cloud-based food-management system seamlessly integrates into all company programs already in place at client facilities and is capable of managing all recipes, menus, inventory, ordering, supplier invoicing, reporting, etc.

To reduce the amount of food that ends up in landfills, HHS has developed Waste-a-Weigh, which monitors and measures all food that goes to the trash. Waste-a-Weigh is in the beta testing phase and is expected to roll out within the 2018 fiscal year.

HHS continues to expand its culinary efforts by now serving the healthcare, senior living, and hospitality industry. In 2017, to better engage customers at home, HHS developed the new Living Well section of the website to share chef-created recipes, how-to cooking videos, nutritional information, and general kitchen tips to promote healthy eating habits.
