HHS Culinary Named a “Top Riser” of 2016 by Food Management Magazine

HHS Culinary took the number one spot on Food Management Magazine’s list of 7 Top Risers of 2016.

HHS Culinary continues to rocket up the Top 50, bettering its listing-leading 56 percent growth rate in the 2015 Top 50 with a supercharged 67 percent increase this year. All told, the five-year-old company, a unit of the HHS (Hospital Housekeeping Systems) outsource services organization, has grown from less than $6 million in revenues in 2011 to $65 million last year.

The growth is abetted by being part of a larger company that already has established client relationships with healthcare organizations in various non-foods areas like housekeeping, laundry and facility management. But to augment that institutional advantage HHS Culinary has refined its offerings in the past year, adding regional dishes to its menus as well as a Chef’s Table program among other initiatives.
