HHS Wins Custodial Contract at Clemson University

Clemson University, one of the nation's most productive public research institutions, recently selected HHS as its custodial support service provider. Under the new partnership, HHS will deliver a comprehensive janitorial service program for Clemson’s main campus and recreation facilities, comprising more than 1.47 million square feet.

Clemson, a leading public land-grant university in Upstate South Carolina, had been seeking a partner organization to provide professional janitorial services and transition labor and equipment within a compressed time frame. In response, HHS provided a proposal highlighting its clinical level of custodial care and secured a contract addressing the university’s janitorial and financial needs.

“We are proud to partner with Clemson University to provide a custodial program that reflects its commitment to innovation and sustainable development,” shares Dan Ball, HHS President of Education. “Leveraging our 47 years of housekeeping expertise, we are invested in ensuring Clemson’s facilities are clean, safe, and welcoming for everyone.”

Upon initiating services this month, the HHS custodial team will ensure proper operating and living conditions across Clemson’s campus properties through industry-leading training and clinical-level infection prevention programs. The comprehensive program will help the university prevent the spread of infectious diseases across campus while creating an inviting atmosphere for students, staff, and visitors.
