Director of EVS Jill Gaudio was recognized in a national newsletter for her hospital’s affiliation group for providing dedicated, high quality support for her facility. Jill, who oversees the environmental services department at a hospital in Anchorage, Alaska, was acknowledged for providing exceptional results on a continual basis, even through the magnitude 7 earthquake that shook the facility on December 1, 2018.

Jill thanked her team for their continual high quality work, saying, “They are a very diverse group of dedicated individuals who come to work every day with smiles on their faces. Their dedication inspires me to give my all as well.”
In 2017, Jill helped to lead her facility to win the Greenhealth Partner for Charge award, which recognizes facilities for superior performance in environmental sustainability. Jill said of the achievement, “The commitment to our patients and communities is incredible. Watching everyone from all aspects of healthcare come together every day to improve the lives of those we care for is incredibly inspiring.”
