Finding a Home at HHS

Kurt Kepshire - Kurt KepshireWith a strong background in healthcare administration, Kurt Kepshire was recruited to HHS by EVS Director Erva Trotter in 2019. “I noticed Kurt had all the characteristics of an HHS executive. Kurt finds his greatest motivation in providing excellent patient care and reducing healthcare-associated infections in his hospital. Providing a safe and clean environment for patients and their loved ones is his top priority.

What advice would you give your fellow team members?

“This job can be stressful and demanding. It's important to take pride in your work and strive every day to be a better team member than the day before. Take things one day at a time and don't let anyone affect your ability to succeed.”
