Managers Support Facilities in Reducing Linen Waste

HHS linen utilization managers BreAnn Klages in Beaumont, Texas, Nijja Langford in Shreveport, Louisiana, and April Santa Ana in Corpus Christi, Texas teamed up to create a plan to support their facilities in their efforts to reduce overuse of linen and save resources for “No Waste November.”

Together, the managers created goodie bags filled with candy, educational materials, and resources on how to reduce the waste of linen at their facilities. Each manager rounded with the goodie bags and their business cards to discuss the educational points with both clinical and non-clinical staff.
