Passenger Services Team Receives First-Class Recognition

Two members of HHS’ passenger services team at an airport in New York were recognized by a first class passenger for their excellent service. The airport manager for the airline received feedback regarding team members Bushra Aurengzeb and Puneet Kaur.

The passenger stated: “What a wonderful team in New York! We were made to feel really welcome and that we were valued guests. Check in was efficient and friendly, and the team made us feel like we were at home! The staff in uniform particularly stood out and were such great brand ambassadors.”
