Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Lake Tahoe selected HHS to provide housekeeping services at its 539-room hotel and 25,000+ square foot casino.
The partnership includes cleaning of guest rooms, public and back-of-house areas, and the gaming floor.
Hard Rock Lake Tahoe sought a provider that offered solid leadership support, training capabilities, and cost-effective programs. HHS’ regional support model, learning and development programs, and commitment to financial transparency met all these key objectives.
In addition to our housekeeping services, HHS is providing short-term support by managing the renovation of Hard Rock Lake Tahoe’s guest rooms, which is currently underway.
Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Lake Tahoe is located in the heart of South Lake Tahoe, with views of the iconic lake and mountain views from the property. The property is home to a casino comprising of 500 slot machines and table games, an assortment of indoor/outdoor entertainment and event venues and nightlife destinations. It is also home to the world-famous Rock Shop and boasts an extensive collection of rare rock-n-roll memorabilia throughout the property.
