Austin Alverson, Regional Director (CNS), reset performance standards in one of the division’s most challenged hospitals.

Norberto Martinez, Director (EVS), delivered strong HCAHPS results while elevating patient experience on HHS’ only Tenet account.

Charlie Twiggs, Director (EVS), expanded multi-site operations while maintaining 90%+ KPIs.

Brad Thornton, Vice President (Compliance, Integration & Sourcing), led enterprise EVS Operations File training and major operational rewrites that strengthened consistency.

Jason Munsell, Director (Compliance, Integration & Sourcing), elevated transport and compliance capability across EVS and CNS, including ServSafe certification support.

Cherise Francz, Vice President (Specialty Care), enhanced financial tracking and compliance systems across the division.

Nicholas Riess, Vice President (Specialty Care), advanced standardization and led key initiatives, including the Lifepoint menu rollout.

Jamare Dickerson, Executive Director (EVS), launched and stabilized one of the company’s largest valet programs while improving transport KPIs.

Amanda Watts, Specialty Healthcare Director (Specialty Care), ensured operational stability through transition and led systemwide menu implementation.

Scott Sadlier, Regional General Manager (Laundry), delivered expense reductions while improving client service levels.
