Housekeeping Director Leads Resort to New Levels of Cleanliness

Housekeeping Director Jessica Duncan in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina has led her resort to greatly improved cleanliness ratings over the past year. Jessica and her team were recently acknowledged in a personal note from a timeshare owner who was impressed by the new cleaning standards:

Jessica Duncan"I met with Jessica and am very impressed with her professionalism and work ethic. Please do not let her leave as she is what we have needed here for years. She still has work to do and I feel she will get the whole building up to the standards that we as homeowners expect.”

We are homeowners at Camelot and have been coming to our unit for years. I want to let you know that this is the first time that our unit was fully supplied and clean. These two have been major issues every time we come, but this time we had the exact amount of plates, silverware,  pots, etc. that is required for the guest staying in our unit. It also was clean, which it usually is not.

I know you may think this is a minor issue but it is not. Nothing is worse than coming in and seeing that we and our guests are expected to use pots, dishes, bedding, etc. that are dirty and or missing.

In checking, I found out that Camelot has a new housekeeping director, Jessica.  Also found out she is the one that is making sure all housekeepers are following strict procedures and Jessica is doing it with a smile.

I then met with Jessica and am very impressed with her professionalism and work ethic.  Please do not let her leave as she is what we have needed here for years. She still has work to do and I feel she will get the whole building up to the standards that we as homeowners expect.”
