Success Story: Jason Hall

Jason HallJason began working with HHS in March 2018 as a night-time assistant director at a medical center in Hickory, North Carolina. After a year of hard work, he was promoted to director at a medical center in Statesville, North Carolina. Jason has a knack for making connections with others and enjoys working alongside his team to help overcome the everyday challenges they face.

Jason gained management experience working at a sporting goods store while pursuing his associate's degree at Gaston Community College. After completing his degree, he went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from Appalachian State University. After graduation, he accepted a position as an assistant director of EVS at a hospital in Gastonia, North Carolina, where he worked for two years before he got a call from HHS. Jason is married, has a dog named Knox, and spends his free time golfing.

"I enjoy being in a position of leadership where you receive so much support from upper administration. It's amazing being able to pick up the phone at any time and have all the support needed. If you put in the work, HHS will ensure your growth!"
