Success Story: Richard David

Richard DavidAfter 6 years as a military police officer, Richard David decided to change careers. In 2015, he began a career with HHS as a linen tech.

Two years later, Richard was promoted to PM supervisor. His success in this role eventually led to the opportunity to become an interim director at a facility in Missouri.

At first, the interim role was only supposed to be available for one month. However, 7 months later, Richard was asked to stay on as director.

Richard has taken advantage of the opportunities to advance his career with HHS. He's proven his ability as a leader and found success in each role he's been in.

"While it's had its ups and downs, I wouldn't change my career with HHS for anything. I'm thankful for the opportunities I've had to learn and grow and can't express how grateful I am to the people who have believed in me along the way."

Congratulations to all of our team members who have received promotions in the month of September!
