James Maddi serves as the Executive Vice President of Culinary and has extensive experience working within the restaurant industry in production and management positions. Maddi joined HHS in 2011 and is responsible for managing HHS’ culinary operations in the western United States. He enjoys working with his teams to develop initiatives that best serve the needs of our patients and partners. Maddi earned his Associates in Criminal Justice from State University of New York at Broome and holds his Nutrition and Food Services Professional Certification from the University of North Dakota, Certified Dietary Manager Certification through the Association of Nutrition and Foodservice Professionals, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
